206520 The Integra DuraSeal® Exact Spine Sealant System (206520) is a high-viscosity, polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based hydrogel formulated to create a watertight seal that prevents cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks following spinal dural repair. Engineered for precision and durability, the DuraSeal® Exact system provides superior tissue adherence and bursting strength compared to fibrin glue, ensuring reliable closure in spinal procedures. This biocompatible sealant consists of two components—PEG ester solution and trilysine amine solution—that mix upon application to form a flexible, absorbable hydrogel. The spray tip applicator allows even coverage in confined surgical fields, while the high viscosity formula minimizes migration and ensures consistent sealing. Fully resorbed within 4–8 weeks, DuraSeal® Exact supports natural healing without leaving residue.
