21-345 The COVIDIEN 21-345 Clearify Visualization System (now Medtronic) is an all-in-one sterile disposable kit designed to maintain optical clarity during laparoscopic and robotic procedures. The warming hub heats the integrated anti-fog solution in about 5 minutes and holds temperature for up to 5 hours. The surgeon dips or wipes the scope tip to reduce fogging when a room-temperature lens enters a warm, humid abdomen. The kit also includes microfiber cleaning pads and an X-ray detectable Trocar Wipe with tips for 5 mm and 8–12 mm ports.
