AR-1288RTT2-FC3 The Arthrex AR-1288RTT2-FC3 is a complete FiberTag TightRope II Implant System with InternalBrace technology, designed for advanced ACL reconstruction using quadriceps tendon and other single-ended grafts. This sterile, single-use kit combines the proven strength of the TightRope II platform with FiberTag suture technology for secure graft-to-implant fixation. The integrated FiberTag suture provides a ripstop effect, enhancing graft protection during needle passes with FiberLoop suture. This system allows for strong, consistent, and reproducible attachment of soft tissue grafts to the TightRope RT and ABS implants. The kit also includes the FlipCutter III Drill and FiberSnare Suture for efficient tunnel creation and suture management.
