AR-1360FT-BC The Arthrex AR-1360FT-BC is a comprehensive MPFL Implant System designed for anatomic double-bundle Medial Patellofemoral Ligament (MPFL) reconstruction in the knee. This sterile, single-use kit provides surgeons with reliable fixation options to restore patellar stability while replicating the native MPFL anatomy. The system includes a 6 x 20 mm FastThread Interference Screw for femoral fixation and two 3.9 x 17.9 mm BioComposite SwiveLock Anchors for secure patellar fixation. The double-bundle technique helps provide stability throughout the full range of motion (flexion and extension), limits excessive rotation, and supports more aggressive rehabilitation with earlier return to activity.
