AR-8988-CP Arthrex AR-8988-CP – FiberLock™ Suspension System. This sterile, single-use implant kit enables a minimally invasive single-incision suture suspensionplasty for carpometacarpal (CMC) joint arthritis. It includes a FiberTak® all-suture anchor for cortical fixation on the 2nd metacarpal and 1.3 mm SutureTape for suspending the 1st metacarpal, secured with a knotless DX SwiveLock® anchor. The system provides strong, reliable suspension while preserving motion and simplifying the procedure.
