AR-1588TN The Arthrex AR-1588TN is a TightRope Attachable Button System (ABS) designed for secure tibial fixation in ACL reconstruction. This innovative 2-piece implant features a 12 x 7.5 mm large footprint button that maximizes cortical bone contact, providing strong and stiff graft fixation with a four-point, knotless locking mechanism. The ABS system allows the buttonless TightRope implant to pass easily through narrow bone tunnels. Once passed, the slotted button is loaded onto the implant and locked securely in place. Made with high-strength UHMWPE suture and latex-free materials, it is ideal for both all-inside GraftLink techniques and traditional transtibial ACL reconstruction procedures.
