AR-2600SBS-8 The Arthrex AR-2600SBS-8 is a complete SwiveLock C Implant System designed for advanced knotless rotator cuff repair. This 4.75 mm x 19.1 mm fully-threaded BioComposite SwiveLock C anchor is paired with FiberTape to create a strong, low-profile transosseous equivalent double-row repair construct. This system allows surgeons to achieve secure fixation with only two suture passing steps and no knot tying. The combination of the SwiveLock C anchor and FiberTape delivers excellent footprint compression, maximizing tendon-to-bone contact for optimal healing. The included Scorpion Multifire Needle enhances suture passing efficiency and speed during the procedure.
