AR-8150PX-45 The Arthrex AR-8150PX-45 is a premium PowerPick XL disposable instrument designed for precise microfracture and bone marrow stimulation procedures. Featuring a 1.5 mm drill diameter, 6 mm drill depth, and 45° angled tip, this tool provides excellent access and control in challenging joint spaces when used with the Arthrex APS II shaver system. The extended 6 mm drill depth (XL version) ensures adequate penetration into subchondral bone, even in difficult perpendicular positions. In addition to microfracture, the PowerPick XL is highly effective for measuring osteochondral defects and accurately marking femoral tunnel locations during ACL reconstruction procedures using its laser-marked reference points.
