ACHM45 The AtriClip FLEX-Mini™ LAA Exclusion System (Part Number ACHM45) from AtriCure is an implantable cardiac surgical device designed for exclusion of the left atrial appendage (LAA) during cardiovascular procedures. This system features a 45 mm implantable clip configuration and is supplied pre-loaded with the Gillinov-Cosgrove® clip system, supporting controlled deployment and placement during open or minimally invasive cardiac surgery workflows.
