ACHV50 The AtriClip™ LAA Exclusion System (Part Number ACHV50) from AtriCure is a surgical exclusion device designed for management of the left atrial appendage (LAA) during cardiac surgical procedures. This system features a 50 mm clip size and is engineered for one-handed application with suture-less clip deployment, supporting controlled placement during open cardiac surgery workflows. The device incorporates a reduced-fatigue clip opening lever and a small footprint design intended to minimize interference with adjacent anatomical structures during positioning and deployment.
