5954460 The Ventralight™ ST Mesh (Part Number 5954460) from BARD is designed for laparoscopic ventral hernia repair procedures requiring a 4 × 6 inch elliptical configuration. The mesh features a medium-weight monofilament polypropylene construction with an open pore design to support tissue incorporation and reinforcement. On the posterior surface, the mesh incorporates an absorbable hydrogel barrier based on Sepra® technology, intended to minimize tissue attachment to the mesh during the early healing phase. The anterior surface remains uncoated to support tissue integration.
