M0068505000 The BOSTON SCIENTIFIC M0068505000 is the Obtryx™ Transobturator Mid-Urethral Sling System – Halo. It is a gynecologic/urologic implant system used as a suburethral sling to support the urethra in women with stress urinary incontinence. The Halo needle path is the transobturator approach. The mesh is knitted polypropylene Advantage mesh with a de-tanged suburethral portion intended to keep integrity during tensioning. Each sterile kit typically contains two delivery devices and one mesh assembly.
