LPG1510X2 The ProGrip™ Self-Fixating Mesh (Part Number LPG1510X2) from Covidien (Medtronic) is a surgical mesh designed for use in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair procedures. Measuring 15 x 10 cm in a rectangular configuration, the mesh incorporates self-fixating microgrip technology intended to support tack-free placement and fixation during surgical repair. Constructed from polyester material, the mesh features a macroporous structure with 1.8 mm pore size designed to support tissue integration and flexibility. The integrated microgrip fixation system is engineered to provide mechanical fixation across the repair area, including anatomical regions where traditional fixation devices may be difficult to position.
