SYM15 The Symbotex™ Composite Mesh (Part Number SYM15) from Covidien (Medtronic) is a sterile surgical mesh designed for the reinforcement of soft tissue in procedures involving ventral and incisional hernia repair. This device features a 15 cm round configuration with a 0.7 mm thickness and is constructed from monofilament polyester mesh combined with a collagen film layer.
