2083 The Ethicon SURGICEL SNoW® Absorbable Hemostat (2083) is an advanced structured, non-woven hemostatic fabric made from oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC). Its needle-punched, interlocking fiber design provides superior conformability and faster hemostasis compared to traditional hemostatic materials, making it ideal for controlling continuous oozing and diffuse bleeding during surgery. SURGICEL SNoW® conforms easily to irregular surfaces and maintains integrity when wet, ensuring it stays in place during procedures. It is fully absorbed within 7–14 days, leaving no foreign residue, and can be cut to size for endoscopic and minimally invasive applications.
