M0068505110 The BOSTON SCIENTIFIC M0068505110 is the Obtryx™ II Transobturator Mid-Urethral Sling System – Halo, with PrecisionBlue™ design. It is a urogynecologic implant used as a suburethral sling to support the urethra in women with stress urinary incontinence. Obtryx II updates the original Obtryx Halo (M0068505000) with thinner dilator legs for a smaller delivery track, no sleeve over the suburethral segment for visibility during placement, and blue Advantage mesh plus blue dilators for visualization. The Halo needles follow the transobturator route. Each sterile kit contains two delivery devices and one mesh assembly.
