1884016HR The MEDTRONIC 1884016HR is a RAD™ 60 microdebrider blade: 4.0 mm diameter, 11.0 cm length, 60° curved shaft, rotatable tip, M4 hub. It is a sterile, single-use cutting blade for Medtronic StraightShot M4 and M5 powered ENT handpieces. The rotatable design lets the surgeon turn the blade tip through 360° without rotating the shaft, which helps keep the curve oriented in the nasal cavity. Catalog listings specify use in uncinectomy and ethmoidectomy, operating up to 5,000 rpm in oscillate mode. Irrigation tubing is ordered separately.
