MEDTRONIC INFUSE® Bone Graft rhBMP-2 + ACS Large Kit includes one 12 mg vial of sterile rhBMP-2, six 1 × 2 in. sterile absorbable collagen sponges (ACS), a 10 mL vial of sterile water for injection, and two sterile 10 mL syringes with 20 G × 1.5 in. needles. This temperature-sensitive, single-use kit combines recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 with an ACS carrier to stimulate natural bone formation. Indicated for acute, open tibial shaft fractures stabilized with IM nail fixation after proper wound management.
